Orchestra + Metal (EWQLSO, Mesa Single Rect/5150, Live Drums, Vocals, Kitchen Sink)

Trying to get together a mix template to work from for the rest of this 12 track album. This is a preliminary mix for one of the more "basic" songs.

I would love any feedback to help tighten things up. Making space for everything is proving very difficult!

Dont take me wrong but that metalcore vocals and modern riffs mixed with
orchestral stuff sounds too weird! Not exactly the best combination. Hey but the music it´s not bad.

I love the guitar playing and the drumming. It's very good. Also the combination with the orchestra is kinda original and nice-sounding. I there were anything to be complaining about, I'd say the vocals. I don't know, it just don't fit the song for some reason. Anyway great song! Love it.

Anything sound "fixable" in terms of the mix? Maybe something I could do to the vocals to make them sit a little better?
