Being active in the online progmetal scene for a decade or so, working with 2 different bands and interacting with hundreds/thousands/tens of thousands of their fans (SymX has almost 30K MySpace friends alone ) and associates, living all over the freaking US (thereby meeting folks from all over at whatever shows were local at the time), and hitting up the usual big fests on a regular basis (as well as working at PPUSA for the last few years) results in meeting/knowing a hell of a lot of people..hehe.
