One word: Fucking AWESOME!

If I was to describe it, I'd say they thrown Meshuggah, Phil Anselmo and Patton in a sack and let Devin Townsend mix it in the same way as he did on Terria.

Quite surely one of the best albums of 2006, probably my fave band in the polimetric & riffy arena.

Discuss.

Seizure, that kinda reminds me of the peeps who prefer Necrophagist's debut, for quite the same reason.. I really can't get past the first song of polars, but I am not arguing... it's a matter of personal preference. I think the production on this album is fucking mint

Yah..... I posted about the new Textures a few weeks ago.. It's definitely in my top 10 of '06 right now. Fantastic album. Wonderul band, great writing, stellar production.

I have no idea what their writing status is right now, but a new Soilwork album is always going to make me drool. =)

If they make it sound like figure number five and natural born chaos, I'll be all over it. Meanwhile, you can look for the new Disarmonia Mundi which is done mixed and as far as I heard, there's already a video of the single on myspace:
