I think it is one of the cornerstone albums when it comes to modern metal, one of those albums that inspired a lot of newer bands and individuals. It was pretty unique when it came out, they really had a style of their own.

It's been over ten years since I bought my copy, and it still sounds fresh. Actually, this is the second copy, since I wore the first one out :lol:

Well, she has a great voice, her arrangements are not like any of the pop shit circulating in the last few years (Aguilera, Spears, Lewis, etc...) and the songs are very good.
Good players in her band and again, no fucking modern r&b hiphop shit.

I don't care at all about the gossip side of her, drugs, jail...
I just listen to her 'Back to black' record and I think it's very good.

And just after this I go back to my regular metal diet.
