AP020 STORMNATT – The Crimson Sacrament CD / Digi-CD
STORMNATT are currently finalizing the successor to their furious debut album “Resurrection Ov The Kult” (2005) – the recordings are already finished, mixing is currently in the works and afther that the material will be sent to the renowned NECROMORBUS studio (Watain, Corpus Christii, In Battle, Mörk Gryning etc.) for mastering. “The Crimson Sacrament” will feature 8 hymns of straight, raw and melodic Black Metal which are somehow still in the vein of their debut album, but also show clear improvements in terms of songwriting, riffing and general vision. Antithéôse Studio (Antaeus, Aosoth, Temple Of Baal etc.) is responsible for the extensive artwork that will follow the lyrical concept very closely – more details on this will be revealed soon.

This title will probably be familiar to those who have been around for some time as part one was the official compilation of the infamous Austrian Black Metal Syndicate, released in 1997. Now the second part is almost finished, compiled and produced by Stefan Traunmüller of GOLDEN DAWN (who have participated on part one as well).

This will be a gathering of three german solo projects that have remained more or less hidden until now, all of them exploring the boundaries of Black Metal with their experimental creations.
GISCHT is probably the most well-known of the three as some songs and excerpts have been made public from time to time through Myspace. The GISCHT-tracks have been in the works for over 3 years now, representing an unique and impressive variation of ambient-influenced Black Metal.

After more than 6 years of silence DESCENDING DARKNESS will finally return with some new material in 2008.
