Outside to Inside Effect?

I'm sorry if this has been covered previously, but does anyone know how to do that effect where the music transitions from a muffled "outside a venue" sound into a clear "inside the venue" sound?

You can also combine HPF and LPF automation with reverb where you automate the wet signal so it goes from for an example 100% to 0% wet.

You want to automate the dry signal of the reverb, not the wet signal. that is what ultimately gives the sense of "outside".

If you automate the wet signal to 0% it will give the same effect

To have that "outside of a venue" feel, you can't have any dry signal. So you must automate the dry signal depending on the rate of how you want the effect to be changed. The wet signal only changed how "wet" the signal is, in other words, how much of the effect you want to hear.
