Woe,Is Me Stutter effect!

Hi guys....
Sorry if i do a thread that maybe still exists..but i havent found this precise argument...
i'd like to obtain a stutter sound different from the one who joey uses in his production. I noticed that in the production of Woe, Is Me there's a different one. It seems that this effect is not only produced by the effect on the guitars!
Does anyone know how i can obtain it??

Yes it has.

There is really no SET way to do this. All we can really say is experiment.
In the video you see him slicing up the original file a bunch of times. That's it. That's all there is to it. Play panning, volume swells. Add effects.

Set your grid to 16th notes and slice up your sound file then go from there. The key is to experiment.

As everyone already said, do it by hand, or use a program like izotope stutter edit or dblue glitch.

dblue glitch is the shiz. And it's useful for a lot more than just vocals. I use it in electronic music

Izotope stutter edit is the go, I wouldn't bother doing it by hand it's a waste of time just listen to the shitty result in that video.
