I can only think of maybe one or two times where I have seen an 'OFFICIAL' tabbed out version of a song. Even when you buy 'official' tablature books from the store, those are still transcribed by a third party, only the band has recognized that third party as the 'official' seller of their tablature. I don't remember which issue it was off the top of my head, but one of the recent Guitar World had an (brief) interview with eric peterson and included tablature snippets that you can be pretty sure is correct.

If you want the whole song tabbed out, I have found this site to be pretty accurate. It was posted on this forum a while ago:

The other option, and my personal favorite for complete tabs, is to use powertabs. In case you dont know, you can download special tablature for a program called 'Power tab' that will read and display the tab, as well as play the song in MIDI. It is UNBELIEVABLY useful for learning complex solos. Before the site was facing legal problems from the RIAA they had an extremely strict submission policy, so most of the powertabs you find are extremely accurate. Because of this legal trouble though, you can no longer find links to powertabs at the main site, you have to look for them on other sites, such as UltimateGuitar.com. here are some useful links.

download power tabs from www.ultimate-guitar.com or www.powertabs.com then you'll get tabs but like atropos said i rarly see official tabs but power tabs is good
