ow my feelings mix/tone test?

This obviously needs improvements so whatever you guys can think of I'd appreciate the advice. To me it sounds way too scooped but I'm having trouble with that because it sounds harsh when I try to increase the mids at all.
And the third guitar may actually be out of time, i don't know it sounds odd. Probably should have used a metronome ^_^

First of all, I love this god damn song.

Put some life in that snare!
Rerecord the lead. Get it tight. The whole thing will sound a lot better. Also, make it wetter.
