I suspected this ever since Ozzy mentioned he was interested in some 'guy from greece'.
He's really on his way out now though, I don't think a change of guitarist is going to make the slightest bit of difference to the live show. On the plus side, at least there won't be a pinch harmonic every other bar.

Firewind never confirmed this information and other sources state that Zakk Wylde has ironed out issues with Ozzy and no replacement is being sought. Go figure where the truth lies...

Gus was the very first guy in my mind too. He's a great guy but I'm not sure he's right for Ozzy. In any case it might be temp position. In honesty I never listen to anything but classic Ozzy anyway, but I'll keep an ear out for this.

My god that was a bad performance by Ozzy.
Gus seems to be trying to be as much like Zakk as possible. Which is not a good thing because nobody is going to be better at sounding like Zakk than Zakk himself. If he actually put some of his own style into the songs this might have just about saved the performance.
It really is time Ozzy quit, he just can't do it anymore. New drummer seems awesome though!
