Ozzy's solo stuff.

So on my way back to work I put on the radio, and heard Bark at The Moon being played. And it brought me back to when I was in 7th grade, and I mostly just listened to solo Ozzy, Black Sabbath and Metallica.

My three favorite solo Ozzy albums are Blizzard of Ozz, Bark at the Moon, and No More Tears.

I love Ozzy as a singer, but oddly enough, I think his only solo albums worth a damn are his first three (I haven't heard The Ultimate Sin).

I honestly can't tolerate any of the Zakk Wylde-era stuff.

Not a fan. Ozzy's voice works better in the bleak/depressive atmosphere of Black Sabbath.

Diary of a Madman is awesome. I find it better than some off Black Sabbath's stuff.

BATM's got a couple bad songs, but it's still a solid album.

All of his solo stuff seems very cheesy to me. Very 80's. In a bad way. can be fun to rock out to with some friends though.

I absolutely agree. No More Tears has some gems on it, & it's the only thing I've ever heard from Zakk that was worth a fuck.

I enjoy all of the Ozzy solo albums up to and including No More Tears. Everything else after that is pretty much unlistenable except for some reason, I really like the song "I Just Want You" from Ozzmosis.

Diary of a Madman is a really great record. The title track is genually errie, and Ozz did a great job on the vocal if you ask me. Not as awesome as say, Megalomania, but he still give a pretty twisted sounding wail on that song.
