Paganfest 2012

I could not care any less about this festival personally, but I know there is history between Chicago Powerfest and PaganFest.

Looks like it is just for Europe now, but I would think a US version is on the horizon.

Noizeletter Magazine has published the bands and the first slew of dates of the Paganfest Tour 2012. The trek will be headlined by Swiss melodic death/folk metallers Eluveitie, support will come from Primordial, Negură Bunget, Heidevolk and Sólstafir.

So far the following dates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland have been confirmed:

They have been doing like 2 or 3 Pagan Fest a year overseas. Korpiklanni and Arkona are playing this weekend...I may check it out because I like me some Korpiklanni and Arkona is a band I have always wanted to see live. Just beat from too many shows and stuff.

Wouldn't object to seeing Primordial over here again. Couple of the others would be interesting, too.
