Sure. I'm not the biggest IE fan but I do like them. They are one of those bands that I'm on the fence about. My main problem with them is that the production on allot of their albums sucks... very thin sounding. (to my ears anyway)

Some of you guys that are more into IE than me suggest what songs I should put up for Baldy to hear. I have about 3/4 of their albums, and can probably find anything else floating around out there.

My Sister's Machine?! Loved that band saw them back on the Diva tour.
They played with a Portland, OR band called Love on Ice. One hell of a show. What was their second record called? Flower? Somthing like that.
That one didn't hit the spot. That Diva record should have been huge, but with all the band being signed around here they got lost in the shuffle.
Another band to check out War Babies, they were rock. They had two tracks on the record that were co-written by Paul Stanley.

That's cool, would like to have seen them back then. Tha second album was called Wallflower and you're right, it was not as good as Diva.

The name War Babies kinda rings a bell, will have to keep an eye out for them.

Are you around the Portland area Swine? If so a couple other bands that came from around there that I dug was Paw and Pond. The first Paw lbum was great.

Damn, this Greeno guy is one hell of a source. Keep up the good work! Speaking of requests - may I join the begging and ask for some Heir Apparent? Not sure whether you have something from them at all but that's a band I always wanted to check out but never had the chance to do so. :worship:

I think I have Heir Apparent - One Small Voice on vinyl, have to look. If so I'll rip a track for you Sarg. :)

Anybody have any other requests? We can play "stump The Greeno".... Just kidding. :)

That would be cool, thank you! And I'll think up something for my next challenge for you, hahaha.

i'm not sure if its possible to stump you greeno.the only albums in my collection that i think you probably wont have would be some of the british bands, and even then i'm not sure-lets try.you got "shattered existance" by xentrix?or "crawl" by the beyond?if you havnt, they are both great albums.

Man, I would freak about finally getting my own copy of the Xentrix disco. A friend of mine recorded some tapes for me when the albums came out. I still have those so and that's why I always thought there's no need to hurry to get the CDs myself. Boy, was I wrong! Nowadays you have to pay a shipload of money on eBay for each one of them. Btw can you remember the Ghostbusters cover they did? I remember watching the video once before it got banned. It's a shame...

Well that didn't take long. You got me on those Baldy, you bastard!!! :) I've heard people talk about the Xentrix album but never heard it. Will put it on the ever growing want list.

if i get the chance i'll burn copies of them and send them over.everyone should have those albums.problem is,neither band-particularly the beyond, were hugely successful, even in the uk.xentrix supported testament on the practise tour, thats the biggest gig i ever saw them play.
