This is the second time I saw them at a ProgPower. I watched one song, and then went to drink and chat with friends. I own three of their discs, but can't say I listen to them all that often. Their good at what they do, I suppose. I'm just not enthralled by what they do.
The problem with PoS live is twofold. First, they lack stage energy. Second, so much of what they do is based on nuance, subtlety and dynamics. None of which come across well in a live setting. Add in that Brainstorm just blew the roof off the place before PoS took the stage, and it adds up to a less than intertaining show.
