PAL to VHS?

Can anyone suggest a means of transferring from a European PAL format cassette tape to VHS?

There are services that do that type of a thing. Better find your yellow pages or internet resources.

I purchased Satyricon's Mother North video a while back and it was PAL format. I took it to a video duplicating business and they had the proper equipment to convert it and they did. They liked the video as well!

or ya can just buy a pal converter for your TV

I think it's cheaper to have it converted. Especially if it's a one time thing. It cost me like 15 bucks and they did it on the spot.

hmmmmmmmmm i got a converter because almost every tape and or dvd i get (mostly just dvd now) is PAL in the long run for me that was cheaper...
