Paradise Lost

Got to see Paradise Lost over the weekend here in Dublin. Was a
great gig. Not balls to the wall metal or anything but very enjoyable.
They did a selection of tracks from Draconian Times onwards with
just Embers Fire and As I Die from before then. Some of the newer
tracks sound somewhat Rammstein-esque but Gregor Mackintosh
is a great guitarist and so the songs don't sound all monotonous.

All in all I'm looking forward to seeing them again in Derby.

I must admit, I am looking forward to seeing them again. The last time I saw them was at Donington all those years ago.

I've never seen them before but I can't wait to see them at Bloodstock.

I wish I was going to Bloodstock now.. I love Paradise Lost, though I'm not too familiar with the other bands playing there.
Wasn't there a Paradise Lost forum on UM somewhere?

Last time I saw them was on the Draconian Times tour. I love that album. Not too sure about their lates stuff (well,, recorded anyway), should be good live though.

Their new stuff, especially the last album would probably be the best kind of stuff for playing live on the large stage they are performing on, although a few old songs would be nice
