well paramore have a way bigger basssound. if your going for the last alge mix on brand new eyes, maybe a/b more to get more of the glue and expensiveness of alges work.

vocals dont sit well in the verses, sound separated from the mix (rethink your use of reverb). in the choruses they gel better due to more layering.

but overall it doesnt grab your ear (like alge mixes do)

but yeah again, as i said, compare your work more to pro work,
and youll immiditaley hear whats "wrong" or what you should do differently.

Gonna need to edit things a bit more tightly to get that sound.

Guitars are too gainy/thin, kick lacks balls/power.

Whole thing sounds kinda demo-ish, like not much actual processing was done?


Decent enough band I suppose, but that singer is far too "country" for me... kind of annoying actually.

I would certainly agree about the bottom end of the mix.
It was mixed straight after tracking.
Did a fresh mix today.
