Looks like an ad for after effects or something like that. It's so stupid. Impact font ffs. We shot a film clip today and went for the complete opposite.

Are you serious? Yeah let's see another "me and my band in front of a green screen / white background while the singer screams with no mic and the band plays with unplugged instruments in the rain" vid. I thought this was pretty original and visually very cool. Also , who cares what font they use for that literally one second part? I really don't understand the criticism when so many other metal videos are so fucking gay

i don't care whether it was done with After Effects or not, it's a cool looking vid. i'm with JayB... i much prefer vids like this that make an effort to present something visually exciting, regardless of how the effects are rendered, over the standard "band fake-playing 'live' against backdrop / fake liveshow" any day.

I'm getting pissed about the AE comments, as it's somehow degrading to the video, or somehow implys that the video was piss easy to make with the "create cool video" plugin.

To anyone who cares, this video has has tons of talent and workhours put into it, the keying, matchmoving etc. you can really see that if you withhold your ignorance.

ae demo my ass.

my thoughts exactly , I'm sure this took a long time / lot of money to make

Video is cool but new album is awful. They should have stuck to a producer like Adam D or maybe even tried something with Sturgis. Killing with a smile and Horizons will never be beaten.

I think the video is pretty damn good. I quite like the music, I quite like the production. I'm not overly in love with it or anything, but I don't dislike.

Watched the video with no sound (sitting on a public computer at a university) and thought it was pretty cool... definitely more interesting than most music videos...
