Actually, yes, if you take off all of the safety features and half the parts and just shoot the laser at whoever can't play...
(I know that's possibly a Dethklok reference or something like that, but I don't care because laser beams.)

It'll be hard for that to occur, seeing as how as it involves one of the most powerful lasers ever, so hopefully that's some consolation. Also, you're pretty safe unless you're an elementary particle.

So far I'm not sure how severely particle physics at this energy level really needs quantum computing, I'll check into that.

that's true, I just forgot the term medium and I am not the biggest fan of rare, so due to my lack of
