Party-san

I believe it has something to do with Hypocrisy also playing in Wacken, and the contractual obligations connected with that (read: music biz bullshit). AFAIK, bands that are playing in Wacken have to sign a contract that they won't play any other (German?) festivals within a certain time before and after the Wacken date. So, with Party San being one week after Wacken, those dates were bound to clash. I don't know why the band's booking manager booked both dates at all.

And guys, if you're living in Germany, why not go to Summer Breeze? It's taking place in August, so Hypoocrisy are certain to play there (or at least certain not to cancel because of Wacken).
