LOS ANGELES - Richard Pryor, the groundbreaking comedian whose profanely personal insights into race relations and modern life made him one of Hollywood's biggest black stars, died of a heart attack Saturday. He was 65.

Damnit, he was one of my, if not my favorite stand up comedian of all time. RIP Richard.

Yeah, actually I thought he passed away a couple years ago. Not my fav comedian either, but it sucks that anyone being only 65 passes... unless they are stricken and unable to lead a productive (in their eyes) life. He did have some funny standup stuff a couple decades ago.
