Jun. 29 - Rosies Live - Brisbane, Australia

Killrazor was an awesome support and Paul was good.

they were too loud for the Basement, so it sounded a bit distorted but good.
especially how much he seemed to hate the Melbourne crowd.

Di'anno's last tour got the most mixed reviews of any touring act I've ever seen. Some people reckon he was on fire, others that he was wasted, or just plain awful. Weird.

Killrazor supported him nationwide last time I think or at least the East coast.

they were in pretty top form when I saw them.

Killrazer did the whole tour, and yes, Spiffo, he uses local musicians in every market he plays. He comes out a few weeks ahead and rehearses the tour with them. It's much cheaper for him.

I really don't know what to think about that. On the one hand it's good for local bands (well, one of them), but on the other... hmm. I don't know.

No, the only time I've been to Rosie's was for a trivia night in 2000.

I think Rosies circa 2000 was probably quite a different beast to Rosies circa 2010 haha

one of my mates (with an Iron Maiden tattoo) said to me the other night that Paul is playing the gigs he deserves and I can't help but kinda agree with him. While I wasnt disgusted with his performance with Kill Razor in tow, my mate absolutely was and insists he will never, ever give Dianno his $ again. TBH I really enjoyed seeing him live but I do get tend to get a bit biased when I see an artist I've loved for many years finally playing live in my city-oh yeah and the alcohol helps but I reckon my mate drinks more than me so...
