Peavey ultra 120 or laney gh50l

i have been trying to sell my laney gh50l for awhile and a guy is wanting to trade me a peavey ultra 120(not the plus).i was going to get another amp with the money i got from the laney.i play mostly metal(testament,amon amarth kinda stuff)but i also need a good clean.

so should i go ahead and trade
