Yep. It was never released in North America. A few songs from that album were released on Killer B's though. Parasite, Pipeline, and Sects, I believe.

Back when Best Buy and Media Play stocked imports, it was very common. That being said, I haven't seen a copy of it for about 10 years. The last imported Anthrax single I remember picking up at a store was the double disc set for "Nothing." Everything after that I have found online.
