....but not all Coke Classic is the same!
I love Coke Classic. Nothing else will do. And I can't stand snake swill like Vanilla Coke, Coke with Lime, Diet Coke, Caffeine-free Coke.....Ginger Coke.....all these useless and worthless spinoffs.
And every countries version of Coke Classic is different. The ones in Canada and the US are exactly the same. But Coke Classic in Great Britain, Europe, and Asia (Japan & China) is pure crap. There is no comparison. I wouldn't serve that variety up to my worst enemy. It has a completely different recipe and is flat. There is little or no carbonation. How can these people drink that? You go to the local Morrisson's or Tesco in Britain.....and all they have are these silly ands skinny versions of Coke Classic. It's not even the same packaging.
Sadly.....those other versions that call themselves Coke Classic taste like.....gulp.....dare I say.....Pepsi! I'd rather rot on a deserted island than swill this back.
For me.....it's Canadian/American Coke Classic or nothing at all. Period!

What I'm about to tell you all is completely true : a few years ago I bought a 12-pack of Pepsi . I opened the first can and started to take a drink when I looked at it and saw something ... green 
. When I poured it into a bowl I saw that it was full of a slimy , semi - chunky green substance that was definitely NOT Pepsi !!! Needless to say , I then vomited profusely . That was the last time I bought a Pepsi - nothing but Coke for me nowadays ..... I apologize in advance for making you throw up

I actually prefer the S American and European coke classic. The difference is they use sugar instead of corn syrup everywhere else but North America. The sugar is not as sweet, and a bit more subtle.

I prefer Pepsi anyways, and remove that insane Patriotic ideal that people attatch to Coca Cola (whom, btw, are a multi-national corporation ready to force move some people so they can put a plant down) and it leaves you with a rather average tasting beverage.

IMO, as far as regular sodas go, Coca Cola Classic pwns all other regular ones. Just love that harsh hit of carbonation and sugar.
But...the diet sodas of Pepsi are worlds ahead of Coke. Diet Pepsi, Diet Vanilla Pepsi and Diet Cherry Pepsi are SO much better than anything else diet.
The Diet Vanilla Pepsi is my personal favorite. I drink a lot of that stuff.
