As the label is half owned by a booking agent, I wonder whether Sumerian takes some of its profit from the touring aspect as well.

Damn, I really dig Periphery but they are one of the most non-metal looking bands I've ever seen! Good for them though, looking forward to hearing the damn album already!

IMHO, that is a good thing. Too many bands get sucked into image and theatrics, which is all a pile of bullshit; no exception.

im looking forward to the SHITTY second album, as is typical with sumerian records.
but i suppose it is periphery.. so who knows, maybe they'll shatter the paradigm.
