I heard this was Mike's previous band. That guy on metal-rules.com, who interviewed Mike, said they sounded like Bon Jovi. Nevertheless, I'm still interested. So where can I hear some clips? :)

You can find this CD on the Web if you search around. I don't even remember where I got it, but I see it occassionally. It has 14 songs, "typical" 80's hair band music, yes similar to Bon Jovi. But Mike's style shines through on a couple of the songs where he has some nice solos. For me, not an album I can listen to much, but it's nice to have it. Overall, it's a much too commercial sound for me.

That's the first song on the album. If you like it, you'll love this album. "Portrait of Dorian Grey" has some hot Romeo licks through it. Just got it out again after about a year. Still too Bon Jovi for me. It was when that Jersey thing was really going... But it's good.

Too bad that clip they offer on that site doesn't have any soloing. The song is very Bon Joviish. It's funny to hear that knowing it was Mike on guitar. I just can't picture him doing anything mainstream like that. Funny!

I found this rather interesting. I was on Joe Nevolo's music studio site http://www.bigbeatstudio.com
He is the drummer for Shadow Gallery. Anyway, on his bio page, it mentions this......"He has played with national acts such as Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush (Columbia Records), The Good Rats (Warner Brothers), Gary Tallent (of the E-Street Band), China Sky (CBS), and the legendary New Jersey rock band Phantom's Opera, which consisted of musicians who are currently in the band Bon Jovi."

Shadow Gallery's "TYRANNY" is one of my favorite CDs. Joe is a very good drummer.
