I've had this in a couple media, but they're long gone. Only $7.99 on Amazon brand NEW, so who could resist.

Have seen Rush several times, but still forgot how good this material sounds on the studio album.

FWIW, I don't really consider Rush metal, but the influence of the first half of this album on metal shouldn't be overlooked. It has some of the moments that Rush got closest to metal (and they got fairly close) and it links prog rock with heavy music.

Awesomely inventive stuff. If you haven't heard it, you should.

Hahaha... The one album I've had on the most different formats is Rush - Moving Pictures. Had it on vinyl, 8-track, cass and cd.... it's my favorite Rush album.

2112 is indeed a killer album. Did they remaster all of their releases? May have to pick up the Moving Pictures remaster.

"2112" is my favorite Rush album and their heaviest and indeed METAL!

We are the priest of the temples of Syrinx...

2112 was the first rush album I ever heard and I was hooked. I like Moving Pictures as well but for some reason, I really dig Grace Under Pressure. It pains me to never see it listed as one of their more popular albums.
