Old Dutch band playing true metal. To be honest after the opener which is very good the album soon starts to bore me to tears. Production is very dull as well and the singer has a fairly monotone voice. Some of you may diehard true metallers may like it.

I think Warhorse is better than was Old Dogs, New Tricks.
It's true that Pete Lovell's voice lost a bit compared to the Eternal Dark disc, he's rougher now, but he does a fine job. That new CD is solid stab of traditional HM made by veterans of the genre. Yes, the production is not stellar, but still adequate. Worth checking out for fans of that style, which I am.

I remember when we heard "Lady Lightning" probably around 1984 and we thought Picture had to have been a pre-Maiden Bruce Dickinson band...
