PICTURES from KAYO DOT last night in JAMAICA PLAIN!!!

here is a picture of Greg walking up to the policecop to worriedly ask if he would be allowed to keep his musical equipment:
no policecop in picture, because i was trying to snap it off quickly so he couldnt see who was snapping them.
after the cops left and stopped the bands, everyone went back inside and the DJ started up again and it turned into a party. the cops had (perhaps accidentally) left the kegs, or, at least one of them, and it was pretty fun. we went to another party afterward and Mia had to be carried out after doing keg stands and funnelling beer and screaming WOOOOOOOOO!!!!! whenever he favourite Dave Matthews Band song came on the stereo:

and that was that. it was the most mistakes-free Kayo Dot show EVER!

that venue looks like my old apartment. how were the acoustics? we had Chicago Polish Black Metal Band Forest of Imapled play one of our parties.

well, to answer Chupe's and the Dope's question simultaneously: We don't know exactly how the acoustics were because the show got shut down when the first band was halfway through their set. The cops came in and kicked out the under-21s and said that there was a noise complaint and since the house was abandoned and we were essentially squatting, the show could not go on.
everyone just hung round til the cops left and then came back in and had a big party with a DJ, though, so it wasn't a total loss. Kayo Dot did not play, though.
