Danny Carey from Tool is also in a band called Pigmy Love Circus. Pigmy's music is straight up Truck Stop Rock. Gritty and harsh with a touch of ass kickin thrown in, it is a departure of progressive music back to the three chord in your face no foolin around rock and roll.

I highly suggest a listen to their last album, "The Power of Beef", and check out the songs "Livin Like Shit", "Pistelero Sleep", "Murderer" and my favorite on the disc "Bone Orchard".

Give it a whirl. One the first listen you may not like it, but after a few it grows on you like mold.

They played 21st Century Schizoid Man when I saw them open for KC a couple of years back. That was very cool.

But to be honest, I thought the best thing about them was stage-right guitarist's Bogner Uberschall. I didn't know who they were, and I certainly didn't know that was Danny Carey drumming (I just thought he was pretty good)! I really just wanted them to end quickly, so I could make it to Level Five!
