pitch/time shift automation

[Line Level Recordings]

im trying to slowdown and pitch drop an entire song
kinda like how you would with a record player by holding it to spin slower and slower

or like a tape reel

how would you guys approach this with out modern technology?
any good plug ins?
is there something in PT 8 that i can use?

im running pt8 btw

why do you need to automate it when you can just A/s the tracks with vari fi
