Anyone else like this band? Surfer Rosa and Doolittle are so good and I have this particular song stuck in my head today:

Yeah, it's a shame that people think that Nirvana is good when they mostly just ripped off this legitimately great band and added smatterings of a few others.

Pixies are great. Nirvana are also great.

I have all their albums. I think that Trompe Le Monde is almost as good as S R and Doolittle. That's not to say that Come on Pilgrim, and Bossanova are bad, though.

I wouldn't say they ripped them off at all, their sound just formed greatly from the influence of their favourite bands. Stuff like The Melvins, the Pixies, The Vaselines, Sonic Youth, etc.
