MICHAEL KISKE Returns To PLACE VENDOME; New Album Details Revealed

Frontiers Records has announced the release of the much anticipated third album from PLACE VENDOME entitled Thunder In The Distance on November 1st in Europe and November 5th in North America.

Place Vendome is the Melodic Rock project featuring UNISONIC and former HELLOWEEN singer Michael Kiske on all lead vocals and production from Dennis Ward (PINK CREAM 69).

Dennis Ward once again produced and mixed the whole affair with such musicians as Dirk Bruineberg (CONSORTIUM PROJECT), Gunter Werno (Vanden Plas) and Uwe Reitenauer (Pink Cream 69) completing the lineup.

This should be good. I loved the first two.

Wow this is gonna be awesome. The first sample sounds like a rewrite of Streets of Fire on the opening riff though and the chorus is basically Streets of Fiiiiiyahhh lol. very awesome anyway. Sounds a bit less heavy than the last album as well and more AOR ala Work of Art. Kiske sounds bloody amazing. His warbling may get on some people's nerves but his voice sounds great for me.
