Questions 1 and 2 need a "less than one" option.

Why is "classical guitar" an option for question 4, if "classical music" isn't an option for question 5?

Question 16 needs a "less than one" option.

Don't you want to know if I actually listen to Queensryche.

Question 19 needs a "less than $100" option.

Shouldn't I skip to number 24 if I haven't heard of this guy? I have no idea which "skull graphics" you're talking about, unless it has something to do with the guitar.

Question 30 needs a "less than once" option.

What? Michael Wilton is the guitarist of Queensryche, and he's an excellent guitarist. I wouldn't pay to hang with him, though.
