Just wrote out a thread, fucking browser lost it.
Depends on what you are running (PC/MAC), but generally these are regarded as pretty decent plugins for drums. The URS A-series EQ is highly regarded for drums. I have got some experience using them, and got to say that I was very impressed. They add some nice warmth and aren't to CPU intensive. For something a bit cheaper, I'd recommend Tritone Digital's Hydratone which is a nice EQ, and also their Valvetone which I think works well with overheads. Compressor wise, I have used the Solalksis Compressor with good results. That compressor has sounded good for everything I have used it on, and I totally recommend it. Really easy to use aswell. UA stuff is meant to be pretty good too, but I have never used it.
For your verb's, Altiverb is regarded as a good reverb for drums, although again I have never used it. I think its MAC only right now, but should be ready for PC real soon (if not already). If you happen to be running Logic, their Space Designer reverb has got me some good results, and I have also heard good things about the Waves IR-1.
There are a few threads on it somewhere here, but generally Drumagog is the most used plugin for sound replacement. Aptrigga is meant to be a good, cheap alternative.
This list is by no means definative, but I don't think you can really go wrong with these.
