tuned down guitar for bass through SVX
drums EZ with slate samples

something i cant get right about the mixes everything seems quite squashed
little advice?

Too much high mids on the guitars IMO. Maybe a tad too loud as well.

Sounds good alright, but the guitars could do with more balls alright

i agree cut a little mids on the guitars and bring in slight highs

just a little at first though blend an eq'd guitar bus and lower the overall guitar mix if you know what I mean

if you don't, then search for parralel eq- guitars or the like
