Pod Farm / Superior2.0 Mix Need some suggestions (Not very metal!)

Hey Guys,
I've been working on this demo, I always find myself having muddy guitars. I used an esp ltd 500 with emg 81's a new battery and new strings but still just can't crisp these up, any ideas?

whats your eq chain on the guitars? they sound like theres too much high end and not enough mids to me

all i did was cut low end to let bass pull through. I've never really EQ'd guitars outside of my amp EQ so i'm sort of at a standstill on it. Very green on recording. haha
