not sure how many of the prog power folks tuned into this weeks show to check these artists out, but would be great if we could get a bit more "unbiased " voting going on, the bands fans runneth amuck. Listen into my Radio Show THE S.H.O.P.P. for a tune from each now and help me out ; )

Of those bands I liked Ghost Machinery, Shadyon, Toxxic Toyz, and Wild Side. Though I think I liked Shadyon the most, gonna vote for them.

thanks for putting up the links, yes Shadyon has a gift for composition and melody of that there is no doubt.

Shadyon really reminded me of DGM a lot, especially the singer - which is cool since DGM rocks

There are two bands there that in my opinion are really good, the rest are just not something I personally would care to listen to.

Wild Side - sure, it's clichee upon clichee, but it's very well done Norwegian glam/melodic rock.

Mehida - I thought their first album was okay, the new one sound way better and the guys have really stepped it up. Besides, with a bunch of the best Finnish and Swedish musicians (Thomas Wikstrøm for the win!) it can't really go wrong, right?

In my opinion, the rest of the bands either have poor songwriting skills, bad vocalists, bad productions or all of those

Having finished listening to them all now, I've really got to agree with Claus about Mehida. Of all the bands I think that is one I would be mosted interested in seeing live and buying their albums.

I'm really digging Toxxic Toys. Heard them on the show, and they stood out to me. If I have to pick one, although they all have they're strengths.
