PoS cd from US online shop?

well i want to buy the perfect element for my friend. his birthday is on 14th. all the place i find is locate in europe and it shipping is expensive and take long to get here. know of any good, cheap place?

www.lasercd.com is untouchable as far as ordering prog albums. POS albums are hard to find even here in New York, I haven't seen the first two in a chain store even though Inside Out has released them domestically...

my cd store here (even thought i'm in a fairly small town) carries all three CD's, usually. although i had to get the special edition Perfect Element from eBay and ordered Entropia online before my place stocked it.
