hehe ... I have to contribute to something, since I can't contribute to "insert obscure daily band" thread you guys come up with.

I just don't have the ability to record stuff. I do not have the time, and I've tried so often to get into recording, but I'm either away from home or attending to wives and babies (yes, I meant plural on both :loco: ).

I just want to fly to Umea, have Erik record and master my riffs, add in some drum samples, and I'll get it out. It's all instrumental, but I would really like to consider Erik and David Gold do some quick vocals for me, if they were willing of course.

i like the hammers ... it's the other two that irritate me ... in a Nile kinda way :D

JayKeeley's stuff is really good, I've heard some of it. :D

That was already pointed out, hmm. [/useless post]

I've added bits and pieces (whenever I get the chance). Man, it would be cool to just 'drop out' for a while so I can just sit and get all these riffs down.

Do you still want to add the bass parts for me?

I've asked Haddsie tonight to get me a *very simple* digital studio/4 track thingy for my xmas present, so if I can get the riffs recorded to a metronome click track, maybe you can add some bass lines that I write out for you (and you improvize on top of wherever you like)? Then you can send the tracks back to me with the bass added....then I just need drums and maybe vox. Otherwise I'll keep it instrumental for a while.

Yes I want add some basslines to it, if you still want me to. :)

I'm going to be picking up some drum mics too if you want that as well, I can't do death metal drums but I'm pretty competent at everything else. My band hits the studio (aka the guitarists garage) in about 2 weeks.
