We are proud to announce that a second edition of the Power Prog & Metal fest will take place April 30th 2011 in Belgium. The headliners of this year are Europe and HammerFall. (Last year, scorpions was the headliner). We are proud to have a Power and Progressive metal festival organized in Europe (and in Belgium).
