Preliminary Mix for my Band's Album

Hey Everyone. I stumbled across this forum while asking for mixing tips on the ProTools forum. I could really use some constructive Crit on my mix if you all don't mind!

Guitars are loud and I can't hear any bass on it, a real good start though

Myspace isn't a very good place for mix critique, their recompression screws everything up and seems to low and highpass a lot. But the guitar could be a little bit quieter compared to the rest of the mix.

Indeed there is no bass on the track.. in fact.. the guitar was only meant to be a scratch track for our drummer to record to.. he's taking his sweet time recording, so I'm getting ansy.. HA!

After listening to the track myself for about the 123rd time.. I pretty much aggree..

The Guitar is loud enough in the begining.. but needs to come down drastically when the drums kick in all the way.

The toms are to low. and the Kick I think is to high..

Once all the drums are tracked, I'll be able to set up a decent guitar rig to record with.. I'll probably try to hit up some of my friends who have Tripple Rects to borrow their gear for the recording.

At any Rate I really appreciate the comments. I'll fix up the mix, and post another on the site you suggested.

I think I'm going to lay off this mix for a while.. not only for my own sanity.. but because I think I'm overdoing it a bit without have all the tracks.. advice is still GREATLY appreciated!!
