do you have to say you 'slept' with someone if they didn't STICK anything inside any holes? the consensus so far is NO.

also, before i run downstairs for a break i want to add that nadia was saying she saw this show where this woman had a totally like, sagging vagina i mean, like, her crotch was sagging how does that happen? and i can't believe there's a plastic surgery protocol in place for this like it's a common issue.
that's so scary.

but i mean a tongue isn't the same as a penis seriously i mean, do they both = 'sleeping with'? so like, does fingering someone = sleeping with them?

let's not get into semantics here, camus. what i am saying is, if someone is like 'how many times have you had SEX' or whatever, does this other stuff count as that?

well, my overall answer would be that it depends on the context of the question. the grey area exists for a reason: so you can count those six people you fingered but not deep-dicked if it behooves you, and not count them if it doesn't, and you're not lying either way.

but seriously. i mean.... this was the discussion at my lunch table today. and i mean, i can't say i have a good answer, or any of you do!

i think mine is exactly right!

our language systems involving sex were purposely constructed so that this question isn't answerable. it's the same way how when they do Middle East peace resolutions, they always leave the language around the central sticking point ambiguous, so both sides can interpret it their own way and accept the agreement and not be wrong.

example: the resolution that "Israel must withdraw from territories captured in the 1967 war". they struggled for DAYS to remove a single word from the previous wording, which was: "Israel must withdraw from the territories captured in the 1967 war" .

by removing the "the", the resolution became workable, because it allowed the pro-Israel side to vote for it without worrying that Israel would be forced to withdraw from every single scrap of captured land, but the pro-Palestinian side could satisfy themselves with a resolution that seemed to say Israel would have to.

purposeful ambiguity. i love language!
