Does my office think I'm gay?

Here's the story:

Last week at the office Christmas party as I was leaving I saw a former co-worker coming in. We talked for a minute and then she gave me a hug as I left. The next day I was told by two people that they saw her hug me but didn't know it was the former co-worker at first. So they sounded uncomfortable about it as they brought it up and also seemed genuinely shocked that they saw me hugging a girl.

So what do you all think? I am betting they think I am gay.
