Pro Tools Importing Sessions?

I was wondering if someone could help me with this. I am trying to take 5 different sessions I have, each with many tracks, and import them into one session in Pro Tools. I see that I can import tempo data but cant figure out how to import whole sessions.

Am I going to have to bounce each track from each session and put them into the new pro tools session one at a time or is there an quick and easy way to do this?

Ok, Ill look again but it didnt do what I needed when I tried that. I want it to load the sessions one after another. It just creates a bunch of new tracks and loads everything together in a big mess.

are you on Le, Hd or PT 9?

Create Region groups of each song starting at the top of a bar... then export the region group(s).

Create a new session and starting at the top set the tempo for the first song then import the region group and spot it to the grid... Create a new tempo event for the next song and repeat.

Im using LE, thanks for the replies. Im going to try out the region groups tomorrow.
