First of all thanks for uploading your videos in various formats (AVI and MOV) an qualities. I've downloaded the video clip for the song "The Pale Haunt Departure" in AVI format and High/Medium quality (84Mb) but the quality of the enconding of the video is very bad with a lot of pixels. Maybe you have encoded it with a bad/old codec or with a wrong configuration. I have a bad internet connection so I can't download the MOV large file but I think that it should be great if you could try to re-encode it again with a better codec or in XViD/MPEG-4 format, for example. Also I think that this problem persists in the studio report videos. Thanks.
