No that's a furry. Big in america, where they have like furry-cons, the American equivalent of an animé-con. People dress in huge fancy dress costumes, and believe the are all wolves/foxes trapped in human bodies. Strange indeed.

A Fluffer, in the... adult entertainment industry, is someone who "prepares" the male "actors" by keeping them aroused, before the cameras start rolling and during a shoot, usually orally.

Quite unessary at a gig, I would imagine.
