Details from "the voice" Pat Griffin:
For those curious, the numbers at the beginning are the track sequence I arrange after all of the mixing is done. It is a holdover from the old days when I used to deliver the house music to Glenn on a number of physical CDs. Digital media allows us to forego that now, but I've stuck with the format because I think it breaks things up nicely.

I try to get close to the same running time on each "disc," with a mix of genres, arranged to try to maintain variety from track to track, in the spirit of the festival roster.

The genesis of this whole thing was ProgPower II, when a song ended and in the silence someone shouted, "Does anyone know who the hell that was!?" I approached Glenn with the idea, and I've been recording voiceovers for the house music ever since, even though I haven't been able to attend the fest myself since 2008.

I may be hanging my hat up at the same time as Glenn, since I don't know Nathan or Milton. But it has always been a fun project, and Glenn's selections always introduce me to some great new music.
