It seems to me that it is enough of a specific topic (not just bands, but project bands) that it could generate some interesting conversation.

for example just because a band has 5 people it does not mean they all write or do anything and it's still just the project of 1,2 people and the mastermind of a person or persons. If a person writes and want to practice and tour just have to cover the instrument spots.

For those who don't understand or who just like playing dumb:

"Project" band = a band other than the main band of a given musician or musicians. It can be ongoing or just a one-off. Some probably start as projects and end up as a musician's main focus, but I think thoise bands are still valid to mention in this thread.

Bloodbath with Mike was the best project band imo. The only good song I like with Peter on vox was Eaten. Of course I havent heard all the songs Peter did so that doesnt mean much lol.
